Rammer info.

1)When using the tamping rammer,at first please make sure the lubricating oil in the nether cylinder is proper,namely the oil line is in the middle of the oil sight glass.

A)If the oil is too much,there will have malfunction like engine working with strange voice and the rammer will stop working after startup.

B)If the oil is too little or without oil,there will have no lubricating oil friction between the spring and the nether cylinder.

2)After the first step checking when using the tamping rammer,please make sure the choke of the carburetor is open.

A)If the choke is not full open or with little space for the air in,there also will have not full combustion in the engine's cylinder.

B)For the not full open,the engine will have less output power to make the clutch reach the rated speed for clutch open stable to drive the impacting system. 

3)After using the tamping rammer,please do not let the machine fall down in case of lubricating oil in the engine flow to carburetor to block the oil circuit.

1)The lip-sealing in the Hydrauli Pump is made of special materials which can endure high temperature and frequent abrasive working.

2)The shock mount should be often checked.Please make sure the engine be used according the original manual book.

3)The oil in the gearbox should be full to make the reversible module work smoothly.
